IM PREGGO WITH BABY#2 N I WAS WONDERING DOES IT MAKE ME HIGH RISK WITH SICKLE CELL TRAIT?

    Does the father have this trait as well?.if yes, then I would assume you are.

    No unless the father has the trait too. Otherwise u should be fine. I also have the trait inherited from my mom but I have had no complications and am not high risk because of it. :)

    Well yes he has it too.Im so scared but I try not to worry because I want to hav a positive pregnancy

    NO UR NOT HIGH RISK JUST U WILL HAVE PROBLEMS AFTER IF UR MAN HAS IT TO BECAUSE BABY WILL AUTOMATICALLT HAVE TH DISEASE

    My mother has tha trait & my brothers father has the disease my brother nw suffer frm the disease & hes 24 bt trait on trait is a 50% chance & trait on disease is a 95% chance she wasnt a hi risk tho

    I have sickle cell trait nd I'm on baby #2 nd I'm perfectly fine sickle cell trait doesn't make a pregnancy any different if u had flat out sickle cell that wuld b different. U will b fine:)
