Im having a mixed baby girl!! She's my first child! She is mexican/black!! Im so excited to meet her and hold her!! Im just worried about fixing her curly hair. I don't want to ruin it, burn it or have it messy. Im not sure what products work best in her hairvas a infant/toddler! This is the first baby girl in 27 yrs so its new to us all!!
Just use conditioner. I have 2 mixed daughters and 3 mixed nieces. My daughters hair is nice moisturizes and long. Brush every night with lots on conditioner. Start a routine early! No tight little braids n rubberband it breeaks mixed baby/ kids hair badly makes it look dry n broken. No grease n heavy lotions its too think n heavy for their hair n clogs the hair. Pours so hair wont grow. @kansasmomma
Just normal conditioner we use in our hair pink lotion is thick n greasy n gross even makes my kids break out. I use a conditioner for curely hair and to moisturize. Same stuff I use in my hair. @kanasasmomma honestly the black hair care products are just too think n greasy for mixed kids hair. Wen is a great product but very pricy.
