When I found out I was pregnant my boyfriend of 5 years took off and my best friend was there for me in every way imaginable I went and stayed with her in her new apt for about 2 1/2 months and we really bonded. Not sayimg this is everybodys situation but it just shows how much a true friend makes a difference. My advice to u for your pregnant friend is to let her know u will still be around for her when she is big and cant do much and espicially when she has the baby at home, my big thing when I found out I was preggo was that all my friends would distant themselves and I would feel really alone
