twin mommies; have u had front pubic pain? this HURTS...

For the past 2 days, every time I walk, go up steps, put on pants, my pubic area in the front just plain hurts...its even starting to sting. I've had round ligament pain for about a week or two but this is different. Any of y'all had or having the same symptoms? Been reading up on it and it sounds like PSD (pubic symphesis diastasis)

...also, what I have read about it it usually occurs in the 36-40 week range in a single pregnancy. I'll be 23 weeks tomorrow.

I've been having groin pains too.I'm only having one baby tho.I'm 25w and 5d.

When I sneeze or cough it stings like hell on one side. I'm like erg! I'm 21wks n it just seem like a new pain occurs every damn week. Lol

Yeah...same here, its something every week or two!! And my mom hasn't had hardly any of the symptoms I've having with these twins...she's usually the first person I go to for advice.

Im 35 wks tomorrow w twins. Its been constant for about 9-10 wks for me now. When I complain my dr just says there's two in there, it's gonna hurt. So, yes, I have them and no they can't do anything for you to help. He basically says suck it up! Rude, but what can they really do?

Yeah that's what I've been hearing from my docs too.."get used to it, its probably going to get worse". I've heard of pelvic girdles/maternity support to help so I bought me one over the weekend and seems to have made it worse. Guess I'll just stock up on Tylenol lol.
