What do contractions feel like in your back? I feel tightness in my hips but not my belly?

Idk if u ever got menstrual cramps in ur back but it feels like that kind of like getting punched in your kidney lol

Mine felt like a tightening in My belly and also in my back... accompanied by lots of pressure down there.. hope that helps a little
