So THAT'S what contractions are!

I have felt like a moron because I honestly wasn't sure if I was just not handleing the weight of two babies well, or if I was contracting. After my doctor appointment today the verdict is: I'm having contractions and am flipping 75% effaced and 2cm dilated!! This has come about in as little as two weeks (last checkup I was 0% effaced and not dilated at all). I'm so proud that I'm not crazy. Haha babies will be here soon! Countdown has begun!

    That's fabulous! My Dr told me today that I have like 10 days left! So your prob in the same boat! Thats what I was at my last check! Wahoo! Wahoo! Lol It's so exciting!! Twinkie babies are coming out!

    Yay Congrats! Lol... my friend thought contractions were the baby kicking -___- so when I told him my bestie was feeling the baby kick he said "shouldn't you go to the hospital?" Wtf...
    He's 28!

    @mommyof4girls Yay!!! I'm so excited for us! No more pelvis crushing pain soon AND sweet babies. Totally a win/win situation. Haha I did a mini shimmy happy dance and my doctor and nurse just started cracking up!

    I sooo would have done that too! Esp just finding out I was dilated and effaced!!! And were effaced a lot!! Which is awesome! ( said in a high pitch voice) lol I was strapped down when they told me and they acted like it was the most awful thing in the hospital. Like we were in grave danger. But you know my wanna kill the resident story.

    @mommyof4girls Oooooooh yes I'm still surprised that little resident is living. Lol and I know!! Haha my husband was teasing the doc saying "ahh she's just milking it" and the nurse smacked him with her clipboard, which made the visit even better! Haha

    I love it!!! My dr said pain is inevitable but the longer my babies are in the better off they are. Im just ready to have them! He said he'll be happy after 36 wks. I'll just be happy to hug them. He said he's proud of me though! That Im doing a good job. I think he was trying to make me feel better about not offering to induce me. Lol

    @mommyof4girls Aww well at least you are almost there!! I just want to meet my babies :) Since these are my first I think I'm a tad over excited. Bahaha Your sweet little girls will come out perfect in no time!

    I hope so! You seem to be so patient compared to me! I feel like I just complain all the time. Oh and I asked if I could walk around and he said prob not cause they'll come to fast. My last labor to delivery was only 2hrs 15 min. Hoping that happens this time too. Im praying yours is fast like that too!

    patience or fear. Lol dang phone. You better not walk around then! Don't need torpedo babies! Haha I hope it's fast too- hospitals kind of scare me.

    Haha... Greg already said he's ready to catch them. LOL I think I may just kneel on the bed. That will have to do this time. I hate them cause I think most Drs are crazy. I love mine. He's normal.

    @mommyof4girls Hahaha I think our husbands would get along! Our doctor is absolutely amazing, too. Only male I've ever been to, and the best so far! He treats me like a person, not just a faceless patient!

    @mommyof4girls I was referred to mine at 18 and I was thinking "OMG a guy? So awkward." But I love the dude. Haha he is really attractive and I always tease my hubby when we go.

    @mommyof4girls Lmao oh that's funny! My husband is literally a foot taller than this man, and he will get all huffy and out of nowhere say, "Yeah well..... he is just a lil guy!" And then cue pouting. Haha
