Tylenol products, sudafed, the one behind the pharmacy counter, childrens robitussm (sp?) Nose sprays, benedryl

I think the only nasal spray you can use is saline spray-- no medicated sprays.

I have allergies year round & had to stop taking my Allegra when I got pregnant. Now I'm taking Zyrtec & saline nasal spray. I was surprised by how much the spray actually helps.
