Have anyone experience sharp chest pains that make it hard for them to breath? I am right now & its the worse feeling. I want to go to the hospital but not sure, to top it off I have asthma!
I get it all the time, I don't know what it is and always forget to tell the dr. I have asthma too but don't have too many problems with it unless I'm sick. Sorry I can't help, if you figure it out let me know
I think the longest its lasted for me is like 10 mins maybe, and when I try to inhale it hurts so bad I have to take short breaths just to get through it. Does that sound like yours?
Ya I get em too all the time. It's cuz the amount of blood u pump is increased a lot now. My Dr said don't worry its normal unless it lasts for more than an hour or so. Just take slow deep breaths and drink some water and it will pass.
@kkmommy I've been experiencing this pain for the past three days straight. It happens throughout the day & last for 20 mins @ a time. It's so hard to breath through this :-(. @Kingsmama I drink plenty of water & rest when it happens.
@lovingmybabyboy Dang, maybe you should call your doctor then, mine is not that bad, when it happens I feel like I'm dieing but it doesn't happen that often, poor thing you must be miserable
That's good. Mines usually about 20 mins or so. U gotta think ur hearts pumping harder cuz of increased blood flow. Plus idk about u ladies but I've god bad road maps too. So with all those new veins popping up ur heart goes into a bit over overdrive here and there. Bring it up to ur Dr tho and if he's concerned he can do a cardiac stress test to assure ur feelings.
I am very miserable right now. My husband is worried & afraid to go to work, but when he gets off we're going to the ER. My doctor always dismisses everything & puts it on my pregnancy.
@lovingmybabyboy maybe you should get a second opinion, does your dr share an office with other OBs and NPs, sometimes its easier just to go to the same office but see someone else
I would ask the other, I got lucky and my OB is great, he treated my Endometriosis before I got pregnant and he was kind of an ass then but not too bad, since I started having babies he acts like we are best friends
