Hospital bag for baby?

I know there have been posts for this already but I can't find them. = am due july 11th and want to have the bag ready just incase he comes anyday. I am a first time mom so I'm clueless. I'm pretty sure the hospital provides diapers but besides that I'm not sure what to bring. I know I will need an outfit for him but as long as everything goes good and he is healthy I plan to be there for less than 24 hours so I don't need much. HELP!

Less than 24 hrs? My hospital won't let you leave the hospital til after 2days and longer if you're c section.. but they usually supply onesie so I would just bring a going home outfit and an outfit if you wanna take those pictures. Chargers!!! Phones, camera. Hair ties. Toothbrush & toiletries. You lose lots of blood so you'll get cold. Socks sweaters. Birth plan? Insurance information. Extra change for vending machine. Money. Hmm. My brain is powering down.. Haha. I'm due July 15 and haven't started my bag either

Socks for babys hands OR the outfits that fold over hands
PADS!! LOL

shower things, lots of underwear, maternity pads, clean clothes, nightwear, breast pads, baby grows, vests, car seat, all i can think of at the mo, o + ur hospital notes, good luck

Yes! Take your own pads! The hospital will have mini pillows not pads Hahaha. Make sure You take extra underwear and clothes for yourself toothbrush toothpaste ..Your own soap and shampoo.. even if Your only there for 24 hours plan for 3 days just so Your ready for anything!

ull also more than likely want a shower after baby anyway, to feel human again lol. also a soother if u want baby to have 1,

@Smgibbs haha i did hear that the pads they provide are like diapers prettyu much lol so im glad u mentioned to bring my own i would of forgot.

I will pack his bag tomorrow ...im too worn out tonight from getting his room ready.

I packed shampoo,toothpaste, toothbrush, hair tie,wash rag,soap, contact solution n holder, some makeup for pics, an out fit for me and baby to come home in, extra socks, nursing bra,some pads,extra underwear,a swaddler blanket

I also packed my boyfriend a bag containing lap top, charger, camera, vending machine money ect

Wow that was helpful! I'm due august 15 and started my babys bag and its just got a bunch of clothes :S lol seems I need to repack.
