33weeks first I feel a lump on right boob. And now it swoll up??? I remember this happening right after I delivered my son but was wondering if anyone had this happen weeks prior to due date?

you could have mastitis(sp). Try putting a warm cloth to it and see if the swelling goes down. Talk to your doctor about it when you see him next.

I'm 24 weeks and my breasts are starting to get a little firm and sometimes leak a drop or two.

It's most likely a clogged milk duct; its very common. Try a warm washcloth or shower, and some verrrry gentle massage. If it doesn't go away within a day or two, or gets very painful, call your doctor. Good luck
