    Wipes
    Cream
    Bottles
    Extra water - or have it in the bottle already, if not breastfeeding
    Breast pads, till you dry if - if you arent breastfeeding
    Binky
    Change of clothes
    Powder, I'd use a small or travel size to save space
    Baby's medical information, or at least a copy of it in case of emergencies
    Nose sucky thingy

    burp clothes, changing pad (not every public bathroom has a diaper changing station and if they do they are ususally gross).
