Does the birth certificate need to be signed by us? There's a chance my bf might not be there due to deployment

Just one of you needs to sign it unless it differs by state but I do not think it does.

In NJ my bf had to sign n show id for his name to b on it

@sands3 I believe if u r married his name will automatically go on so he don't have to sign

If married husand name is automatically put on. If not married bf has to be present.
