  • Google ob/gyns in your area. That's what i did.
  • Call the local medicaid(?) office and ask them to send you a list. Usually, after you get on that they will begin to call you and see if you have questions about anything.
  • That should give your their website which will tell you what insurances they accept and what requirements they like their patients to meet. Good luck!
  • do you know anyone who has had a baby in the area? thats how i got my doc a women suggested him to me and i love him!!
  • I just googled midwives in my area and called around to see which one suited me best. I'm sure you could do the same with OB/GYN's (: good luck!
  • You can call Medi-Cal and they will find one for you! They will tell you which OB's accept Medi-Cal and you pick whichever is closest to you. :)
  • Thank you so much ladies!!
  • You can scroll through the names and go to ratemymd to make sure you dont get an idiot ob like I had.
  • The user and all related content has been deleted.
  • I picked the hospital I wanted to give birth in and called their free physician referral hotline . Asked for obgyns who accept medical. They emailed me a list. Than I googled each of them and read reviews. I picked the best reviewed one:)
