HELP!!! DULL PAIN

I been having back pain since 12am Est its now 1:42 est. What do I do. It stopped at one point but now it hurts really bad & my lil man is moving up something

    27 weeks. Lower. Its like a burning sensation in my butt now but the dull pain is still there. I have a headache also
