stretch marks?

So today while I was in the shower I noticed this red area that sort of looks like stretch marks maybe but its only on one side of my abdomen... its not a rash it isn't itchy or bumpy in fact its kinda smooth just looks like red dots/bloches with light pink areas...the whole thing is about the size of a saltine. I read stretch marks would be long jagged lines but this isn't... just wondering if its just a weird looking stretch mark lol...

I did and the pictures that popped up were of the long jagged purple looking ones :l

if its a stretch mark it will get bigger as u do mine started under my belly
