Yes actually 31-35 is of 8 months and 36-40 is the 9th or technical 10th month. it's actually equal to about 9.20 if you round off.

You are IN your 8th month, but won't "be" 8 months pregnant until 35 1/2 weeks. So you're about 7 1/2 months along. Pregnancies last a full 9 months, so if you go over by a day, you'll be starting month 10. Hope this helps.
