My family does not like my boyfriend at all! And it sucks. They should be happy that I'm happy. I feel like they r going to treat this baby differently than my daughter because it is his. Ugh! Idk what to do.

My parents was like that at first but I let them know that if they are going to treat my kids differently then they wont be allow around my kids....but eventually they seen I was happy and my son is happy and that he treated us awesome so they have come around....it took a while but now everything is great you just have to put your foot down....

It's the same way with me but it's his family that don't like me he the only boy out of 3girls and the baby but he 25 and I be wondering how they will treat my baby

My family was like that until they actually met my husband (shotgun wedding. It was awesome ) When they actually met him and talked to him, their attitudes changed. Now that we're having a baby, they have to accept him. I like mama_kat's advice. Don't freak out until the baby comes. If they do treat the new baby differently, then the storm can brew.

My dad is super racist and doesn't like that my bring is white ( I'm black). He has already told me that he wants nothing to do with me or the baby so I said screw it. Plus he wasn't really there for me when I was a kid so I don't expect much from him.

My mom doesn't like my or my brothers spouses. They will get over it and love the baby. I told her either love him, or fake either way! Lol
