So all day yesterday and so far today there has been clear discharge everytime I wipe, and there's always a lot of it, even tho there hasn't been the streak/spot of blood in it could it b mucus plug, like in pieces?

I think you get a lot more the further you get

U do get more the farther along u are but its never a bad idea To bring it up to the doc
