In pain (help)

So this is my third baby, I got my last sono at 35 weeks and she was breech...I’m now 36+4 and since the 10th been having on and off contractions, nothing out of this world. But today about an hour ago i got this sharp stinging pain around my pelvic area. Sometimes it’s too sharp that i cant take a step any idea on what it could be???

I'm having the same pain and I'm 37 weeks..baby is pushing down your pelvic area and causing your pain..you may also experience a pinching in your pelvic area due to baby also...baby is just getting ready...this is my second pregnancy and thankfully my last! Hang in there...at your next apt if your still worried tell your Dr but its really nothing to worry about...if the pain goes into your back and pelvic area you may be going into labor..my Dr had to stop my labor at 33 weeks...very painful...I had gotten kidney stones which put me into Preterm labor

Thanks so much....i feel dumb but with my other two i was induced and never felt any pain...

Agree; most likely the pain from pressure from the baby's head; he/she could also be pressing down on a nerve. Good luck & hope you feel better soon!
