  • @booface lol its easy! well i buy the goya disks in the frozen section. and for the meat: 1lds of ground beef, half an onion diced, 2 red potatos diced, half a bell pepper diced, 3 garlic cloves minced, some sofrito, 2 sazon packets, adobo, a can of tomato sauce, and cilantro minced( i like alot of cilantro but every one is different) and i just but all of that in a pot and let it shimmer for about an hour our until the potaoes are soft. and just let it get to room temp before you put them in the dough
  • @cee808 it might be the some thing cause im puerto rican

  • i just googled it and its a puerto rican empanada called pastelillos. the filling tastes like pasteles or pastele stew but it looks like an empanada. do u make ur own dough or do u buy it pre made?
  • I've only had empanadas with fruit inside (type of pan dulce) but I've heard about the ones with meat. I'm going to need to try them.
