allergies!!!!

I've never really had allergies before but lately all I do is sneeze and my nose runs non stop! Is there an otc allergy Med that is safe to take? I almost crashed my truck today. I drove by a field and couldn't stop sneezing!!

Every dr is different so check with yours....but mine says benadryl and claritin are both ok...not claritin d tho!!
