Not pooping

Ok, I know this prob has been asked before like a million times....... But my little peanut is 7 wks old and hasn't Pooped since early last night. I breast feed him so I was Just wondering if that's normal? Last night and this morn he had diarea it was so faint in his diaper you could hardly tell he went, Should I be worried? First time mom!!

My daughter pooped maybe once a week while my boys pooped everytime I breastfed them. I guess it's another possible benefit of breastfeeding

Thx everyone. I have been giving him some simalac, 2 two oz bottles a day. Just to fill him up. I feel as though my eating hasn't been up to par. The breast milk has been looking abit watery. So I was thinking maybe that has something to do with it.
