I never got one with my first pregnancy and I'm 30 weeks in my second and still don't have it, I am also very white, lol

Mines just shown again at 26weeks its on tge side though due 2 stretchmarks lol very faint

Idk if I am but I have this light line going down my belly lol and im black

I also have this line, they say it is more obvious on darker skinned women so that might be why. It's all to do with your skin pigmentation, hence why you can also develop some unsightly patchy marks on your skin! :L

I'm pretty fair skinned & 36 weeks. I have the line, only from my belly button down tho.
