I went to my ob bc of a possible yeast infection well turns out I had a yeast n bacterial vaginois (excuse my spelling ) neways I treated for yeast but my doctor said I'd have to wait til second trimester for bv to be treated...why is that?

    Bcz the meds could cause complications with your pregnancy during the first trimester. Did your doc prescribe you flagyl?

    @kiya90 no she didn't not yet I go back next week ill be in my second trimester then

    Hmmm I'm not sure then I have bv & they prescribed me flagyl which yu Ct take until your in ur second trimester.I'm 27 weeks now nd I still Ct take it.. sry I couldn't answer your question..
