bad swelling

I'm 27 weeks I have a lot of swelling in hands and feet. My hands use to swell at night and in morning but last two weeks it everyday all day I went to l&d they said it might be carpal tunnel but when I went to my ob she said my pressure was elevated she said I had to go to neurology. For my hands but I don't know what to think swelling getting worse and painfull I started get headaches and nausea today I don't kbow what to think right I hurt all over

Have they tested u for preclamcia? Maybe its can be from the hot weather that's what's mines from
