Anyone feel achy with pregnancy?

I'm 21 weeks with my second and I've started getting really achy. Mainly in my hands, wrists, feet, and calves. I felt the same way with my last pregnancy and had to wear braces at night. I do have some very mild swelling, but nothing crazy. It doesn't feel like carpal tunnel...just like achy joints. Anyone else? Any remedies?

me! stretching slowly helps. i didnt stretch for about 4-6 wks and i started stretching again about 3 wks ago. soooo much better

@survivormommie3 Stretching sounds easy Are you achy all over or just certain places?

it depends. there have been times i literally ache all over. but it's mostly in my legs, back, shoulders and wrists
