Food for picky eaters and small children (Complements of my mom)

edited June 2011 in Food
Simple Chicken Parm for small children.
Use funny shaped chicken nuggets and add tomato sauce and prov. cheese half way thur cooking time.
Use funny shaped pasta instead of angel hair for two reasons easier for them to eat with fingers and longer noodles are messier.

Califlower. (one of my favorites)
Boil the head until you can put a fork thur it.
then take out of water and get as dry as possible.... then take a cookie sheet and but head of califlower on it then mix 3/4 a cup of mayo and 1/4 mustard together and put all over the califlower. then stick shreaded mexican blend cheese all over it and bake at 350 for 25 mins.

Brussel Sprouts ( only way my husband will eat them)
cook with three cut up slices of bacon.

I will add to this later!!! Please add your simple kid friendly foods!
