As most of u know I've been in ptl ad I'm 3cm 50% and cmpletly soft...doc tld me babies head is at the last poss station b4 making her exit...tim but he says he can feel her head when he does vag exam...so pain all night pain all day wokeme out of a dead sleep 5 times and I try to walk to bathroom 20 feet or so and I'm in tears! I've tried everything this is baby #2 ad I'm 32w 3 days please if u have advice I all earsz! Thx

I know how you feel hun my daughter was in that position for a month before she came I was diliated to 4 and they could feel her head and they kept sending me home. That was 9 yrs ago she finally came out 9 days past her dd. Good luck

@bri2186 no I'm not "in labor" or at hospital just been in preterm labor ove the last 4 to 5 weeks but the stopped it and I was admittedin l &d for 9 days but home now doc says try to "hang by my ancles" for 2 more weeks...I'm on strict bed rest I can even sit at dinner I have to recine! Sooo misrable but today she just seems lower and more presure! I hurt sooo bad! >:-)

Tried that earlier siting rather than reclining hurst worse even in the tub! :-( I wish I could find something to give relief

Could you kneel on your hands and knees with your butt in the air? Maybe wiggle her down for atleaste a little bit of rest?

@beaded bunny I tired my knees and it helped for a min but ses soo far down...I think I need to hang upside down! Lol idk just wish I could come up w something...thx for the suggestion!
