Ok so I got this recipe and idea from @YNVTish and I made it and ate it at 6pm now its almost 9 and im guna go for a long nap, I hope it works for me too ill keep u all posted wish me luck! Btw im 40w and 3cm dialated !

*UPDATE* 4:35pm i lost more mucus doc said its normal to not lose it all at once...anyway im not havin contractions but im havun a lot of crampsss doc says pre labor or sum likr that, so im tryna stay active n go into labor!
