HEARTBURN... HELP!!!

So the past 2 nights I have had horrible heartburn that has woken me up from my sleep. I don't get it during the day n only in the middle of the night n its bad! I don't have any tums and I really don't wanna go to the store to get some... I need some at home remedies fast!... please help! This is killer heartburn!

Baking soda mixed in water. It tastes nasty but it works. Best of luck to you

I would call your doctors late call back number and ask but if u can at least u will sleep idk how well milk will help the problem while preggo is the baby pushed ur stomach so acid ozzez up so filling it more might not be a good idea

@momof22be my doctor doesn't have a late night number. I work at the office in a different department n no one will call me back til tomorrow. This sucks. Ill just wake hubby to go get me some tums!

Well if it makes you feel any better, I've got a fresh bottle full of tums that I've been eating like m&Ms and I STILL have heartburn. Sadly, i too am out of baking soda or i'd gag it down for some relief. Not sure about the prevacid but i hope it works out for you.

@mama_ kat so far the only thing I tried was milk it helped a little thank God! I'm propped up in bed so hopefully ill get some sleep til I can't get tums in the morning! Thanks for the info!

I talked to my doctor about heartburn yesterday. She said I can take two zantac everyday if I need to.
