Sharp pain. Please help!

I'll be 23 weeks tomorrow and for the past hour or so I've been getting a really sharp pain in my stomach that comes and goes. I mean it feels like a knife being shoved into me. I've had cramping all day ,but this is a different pain. What could this be? Should I wait it out a little while and see if it stops or wake my boyfriend up and go to the ER now?

    Where is the pain? Low or high? I would try to drink a glass of water & get comfortable. If it continues, then call your doctor or L&D. Hope you feel better soon.
