Made with love♥ by my Hubby-to-Be!!
I'm so very blessed to have such a supportive fiance...&& one that loves to cook(:
Tonight for dinner, he made garlic-lime chicken with a side of roasted potatoes && spinach casserole. Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Oh, but dessert; he knows that that's the way to my heart...
Lately, I've been having terrible cravings for peanut-butter, but I'm sick of peanut-butter chews and peanut-butter sandwiches...so he set off on an experimental spree...
I think I should let him experiment more often(: In my freezer, I found heaven!
♥Chocolate-Peanut Butter Banana Bites♥ Oh, my goodness...I absolutely can't stay out of them (:
-is anyone else having major cravings for sweets...?-

@Karla_with_a_K omg(: I remember when in the weeks before I found out that I was pregnant, this little kid and his sister were going door to door selling candy bars; Caramello bars was what they had the most of --- shocking!! I spent $10 and bought all the ones they had...needless to say, when they sell candy and have them, they come see me first!
@blueberrysmom They are absolutely heavenly --- if you'd like the recipe, let me know and I'll get it for you(: They're definitely a "Must-Try" if you like bananas, chocolate and peanut butter.!
@NewMommy_NavyWife I'd gladly share (:

We have 3 different 3-ring binders FULL of recipes from home-made pop tarts to red velvet cheesecake brownies. We experiment with food....A LOT!!!!!!!!!!

What you'll need:
- 2 large bananas
- 1/3 cup of chocolate chips (white, milk or dark is fine)
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup of peanut butter
- unsweetened coconut flakes (not necessary)
1) Set out a large plate or bowl with a piece of parchment or wax paper on it.
2) Cut up the bananas into good-sized chunks. Each banana should give you around 5 to 6 pieces.
3) Heat the peanut butter and chocolate chips in the microwave on high for about a minute. Then stir until smooth.
4)Dip the banana pieces in the chocolate-peanut butter mixture. Lay them out leaving some space between them on the parchment/wax paper. Then when you've "covered" them all, use the remaining mixture to spoon over the tops.
5) Sprinkle the unsweetened coconut flakes on top.
6)Transfer to the freezer for about an hour until hardened.
You can eat them like this (but they really aren't frozen yet -- and when they're frozen, the banana tastes like vanilla ice cream) . . .Freeze them anywhere from a few hours to overnight and ENJOY!!!
