I am so done with deadbeat dads!

I've been going through some things with my oldest daughters Bio dad. Starters he owes $12,000 plus in child support. Not to mention he hasn't seen her since she was 9 months old(she will be 7 next month) we have been going to court to get his rights taken away and my husband adopt her and get her name changed and such. Well we had him served BC he is supposed to go in front of the judge tomorrow at 1:30. My lawyer informed me this morning that the process server was informed that he took off to Florida .....again. I'm so done. I'm fucking pissed and I've fucking had it!! I'm gonna hunt him down and serve him my damn self if I have to! I'm not going to stop until this is over. Watch out motherf***er! Ima find you!!!!!!!

    That's a damn shame how dads treat thier kids bc they are soo selfish to help.support them! Can his rights just be dropped bc he baled? Whatta douche!

    @jaime77 I'm not sure. My lawyer is going in front of the judge tomorrow and letting him know what's up. I'm hoping. I'm so done with all this stress

    Can't that be considered abandonment and his rights be stripped anyway?

    @blissmarie23 she does. My husband is the best father to her. He does everything for her. He's her daddy

    I'm not even really sure where he is. He ran last time too when she was 9 months. Thought they would drop the child support. Boy was he dumb lol

    Im pretty sure after so many years if the father hasnt seen the child then u can take away his rights....at least in Nebraska.

    We have to physically serve him. If we can't find him we can't serve him. We were required to notify him. Not required to have his consent. I'm hoping tomorrow the judge says good enough and signs off on it. *fingers crossed!*
