@homebirthadvocate and anyone else with advice

I have my Cerclage scheduled for tomorrow morning. You seem to know so much about the whole pregnancy maybe you have advice for me. My son was born at 27 weeks after an emergency cerclage at 19 weeks. I got a good point from another mommy that had the same surgery but what in your opinion is the best way to prevent another premature birth. My son is fine now but man that is a hard thing to go through. Any good words for me?

    Last time I got an infection and that is why he come so early. I cant spell it but I will try....Corionamnioitis??? I hope you know what I mean. He said I can try to work but also said it is totally up to me and he will take me out anytime. I work at a computer and phone all day. Thoughts on that?
