Date Night?!?!?! help! :)

so Preglys i need ur help planning a fun, unique date night for hubby and i. he works long hours and is usually pretty tired by the end of the week but we strive for time together anyway!

any good ideas? he's just done so much for me the last few months with the pregnancy i want to have a special night just for him!

Whats he do for fun? Bowl, mini golf, movies, arcade?

We prefer dinner n a movie. Easy simple and with my fiance working so much it allows for a nice relaxing evening for the both of us. Stress free

@praying4our3rd & @Jamie77 he's not a sports geared kinda guy....just a hard working machinist! when hes not at work hes working in the garage..or sitting in his man chair watching movies! but hesreally outgoing and loves to try new things!

@blueberrysmom ya i looked onlin for fun date night ideas and cooking together was suggested a number of times...i just dont find kitchen work as appealing as some i guess..that seems more like a chore! :P

@praying4our3rd NO FUN things like any of that within at least 50 miles! we live in a small small town and the closest thing we have is a regular movie theater....uuggghh!!

@blueberrysmom oh i LOVE to cook! I'm Italian! haha! i just hate the aftermath..plus he just really likes to eat and i just really like to cook so if its food we r talking about then im doing all the work by myself! not "together" u know?

but do u have any suggestions for something fab to cook? maybe i could make something new and great for him 2 eat!

ok now im going to sound really really dumb! what exactly do i have 2 do to accomplish a fondue...it sounds good all covvered in chocolate or cheese..just dont know how to go about that!

I'm dying to try this grilled salmon recipe Bobby Flay made the other day:

Maybe set up some candles and grill outside. Seafood on the grill is yummy and you can put pineapple with honey on the grill and scoop some vanilla ice cream on top. Grilled crab is good with a butter sauce and some grilled corn. Plus, there's not much to clean up.
