weird spot

hey :)
about 4 weeks ago i noticed a spot on my arm near the shoulder, after a few days it started to get bigger and bigger and if i accidently scratched it against something it would absolutely gush with blood. it hasn't bled in a few days but is still as big and is very itchy. i was wondering if anyone knew what was going on.
help is very much appreicated.

    i live in scotland and there isnt very much that will bite you and leave a mark like that here. maybe if it was smaller but this is massive. thanks anyway xx

    just a massive spot its red and alittle black at the top seems like it is full of blood x

    Go to the doctor now my little sis scratched her hand on a rusty nail and it got all huge she almost died go in now!
