I just watched this show on how they train navy seals and they said breathing in through your mouth quickly then out through your nose very slowly increases oxygen in your blood which helps relieve anxiety (fear in the seals)
When I get anxious, stressed, nervous, and even hiccups I do this and it works....it relaxes me really well. And I have stress problems and migraines, and just learned this almost 10 years later! Try it!
