blacking out? need advice plz!

I am going to call my dr regardless on Monday. For the past 2 weeks I've been getting extremely dizzy and lightheaded I'm also seeing white crisscrossy spots and blacking out, but it only happens when I'm taking a shower or getting ready after a shower. Idk what it is? I'm starting to become scared of taking a shower because I don't want to fall whn I'm home alone. Does anyone have any ideas as to y this is happening? Please?

Are you drinking lots of water thats what happened to me to and I was not drinking enough water

I drink like a fish. My pee is clear. Idk if that means I'm drinking enough but I constantly have a drink by my side @Angelmonkeymelody

Oh well idk then I just remember that happening to me just a few months ago and had to go get an iv put in me for like 2 hours with fluid pumping in me

Could be ur getting up too fast or the whole bending over in the shower too.... fast movement too..... my heels would go numb in the shower, doc said it was from the weight im carrying. Try nurse direct. Says being light head during pregnancy is a common side effect.

Hmm @Jess8D7 it could b from bending over and whatnot. Nvr thought of tht. I just thought it was weird because its been going on for over a week now. I'm afraid of blacking out in the shower : /

@jazzi89 just hold on.... but try nurse direct or call ur ob..... are u eating enough too?... if u take hot showers and have maybe low blood sugar, that might cause the blacking out too... but that happened to me before pregnancy.....

maybe anemic? i used to be anemic and it causes u to be dizzy n faint sometimes. if u are, u need iron,

It could be because you are taking too hot of showers. The exact same thing happened to me. I started taking cooler showers and have no problems now.

@Jess8D7 ya I am calling my dr on Monday . I think I'm eating enough. I eat until I'm full. @cee808 I got my blood levels tested last week and they didn't metion anemia but that does sound like a symptom. Ill ask my dr if I should b taking iron supplements. Thnk u. @JennieMarie1015 that was my first thought the first time it happened so now I've been taking cool showers to see if that helps especially with it being hot outside but its still happening : /

Could be anemia or your blood sugar.?? Run it by your doctor and ask him to test you.
