high blood pressure

So the last couple of days my feet have been really swollan and llst night my hands swelled up a little as well. So this morning I checked my blood pressure at the store it was 138/90. Should I be worried? Oh I am also 37 weeks along.

    That's high. I would call your doctor. It could be preeclampsia. I had it the end of my last pregnancy.
