Took a shower this morning and im 16 weeks Im leaking from my breast with my son I started at 35 weeks any ladies this happen this early to you

it happened at around 20wks with my son.. I'm thinking ima start soon with this one I'm 13 wks and my boobs have gone up a cupsize and are already falling out of this bra
