primrose oil?
So I went today to get some primrose oil capsuls. The only thing I could find was primrose leaf capsuls... is that the same thing? And it said that pregnant and breasfeeding women shouldn't take it, I have an appointment on tues morn. So ill ask my doc. Then but I'm just curious about the pills cuz id like to get my labor jump started. And another question... squats how are squats supposed to help, and do u just do them like u would at the gym? My in laws are outta town for the next 2 weeks so I'm hopin to have my little girl while they r gone, any advice helps
