  • i've not had mine yet, but i know when my mom had my brother she tore, but instead of going down, she tore up... -=shudders=- i just looked up a 4th degree tear... now i'm scared to have my lil one x.x
  • I took lots of Motrin and was told to sit on a heating pad and when the scar tissue starts forming you might get like shooting pains down there
  • I feel for you, I tore horribly bad w/ my daughter. Sitz baths & frozen witch hazel were my best friends. I used to keep my pads in the freezer so they were cool as well.
  • I didn't tear but I did have him cut me from hole to hole. Try the dermablast on tucks pads. They helped a lot. Try the water bottle after bathroom use to avoid wiping too hard and to keep it clean.
  • @praying4our3rd I hemmorhaged during my c section and needed a blood transfusion which made me really weak. It was hard for me to get up and move around. I guess I just had a bad experience.
  • Thnx for all the advice im guna try the frozen pads
  • I had to get one of those doughnut(?) pillow things to sit on. I also used dermaplast, and the squirt bottle bc cleaning dwn there can hurt like a b!tch
