To anyone who had to take the three hour glucose test

How long did your dr tell you to fast? I didn't get very much info from the nurse I spoke with. I felt like she was rushing me off the phone. She just said "overnight". Also, did your dr have you eat high carbs prior to testing, I saw that online but the nurse said unecessary.

i TOOK MY GLUCOSE AT 8 AM AND WAS TOLD TO FAST AFTER MODNIGHT THE NIGHT B4 NO GUM WAS EVEN ALLOWED MY DRINK WAS COLD AND WAS PRETTY GOOD I HAD ORANGE

I did the 3 hour and started fasting at midnight

I was told to fast also after midnihgt the day before but just in case I didnt eat alot of sugar that day I went in at 6am and it was 3hrs

Told me midnight night before n I didn't know I was allowed to have water!! Mine is scheduled for Thursday I'm excited about the water! Lol they did say it would take 3 1/2 hrs tho
