little stabbing pains???

Ok so for 2 days now ive been havin really short sharp shooting pains down bellow every now and then, i never had them on my other pregnancy so not sure whats going on. Has anyone had these before or know what they are? Im 31 wks

Is it crotch lightning?! I got that for the first time last night..shooting pains into my cervix..ouch! Im 29 weeks

Could be wrong but it might be stretching of ligaments. I get it too.

I have this every time I try to walk anywhere now. Lol. I'm 36weeks 5days.. it started for me at about 33 weeks. If its the same pain I have... like shooting pains through your vag hole.. then its your cervix lowering, thinning and starting to dialate. My doctor said its normal and can be aslow process. But it only gets worse as the baby pushes down! Mine are constant now! Feels like she has a little mini ice pick in there and is chipping her way out! LMAO

I've had the same thing, I'm 22 weeks. Spoke to a midwife and she said as long as its not accompanied by any bleeding its fine and is just stretching pains. Apparently with 2nd and subsequent babies you grow bigger and quicker so more stretching pains are common
