Worst dentist visit everrr!!!

So I went to the dentist today because my gums bleed alot:( &the stupid higenist totally killed my gums:(! It hurt so bad! She wasnt careful and she made me bleed alot! (gross) but then she tells me I have pregnancy gengivitis:( ugh stupid hormones:( sorry just had to vent:/

I hate going to the dentist! One time I had a hygienist that had the shakes really bad! That was the worst visit ever.. she butchered my gums! I switched dentists, but the new hygienist isn't much better..

I had the same thing happen to me,my gums were so sore afterwards. But atleast we dont have to worry about getting gums disease for awhile :-)

my sister is deathly afraid of the dentist she has to be sedated to go because when she was pregnant with her now 3yo she went in for a routine root canal....needless to say the dentist was preoccupied by the pretty hygieniest(sp) and wasnt paying attention well she screamed bcuz he went to deep and it hurt her, he jumped and turned to look at her, the drill ended up cutting the entire length of her cheek so bad that there were only 2layers of skin left before it would have gone all the way through her cheek! all I remember was hearing my sister scream her hubby got up to run back there to her and I wigged I pushef him down and ran back myself to that horrible sight I immediately pushed the dentist away and grabbed some gauze for her n helped her up, by the time we got to the hospital (20 mins away) she had lost enough blood to need a transfusion...it took 95 stitches on the inside of the wound and 107 on the outside to close it up.... please if you have a dentist that doesnt seem to be paying enough attention get out of there and look fir a new one..... this was at a gentle dental in spokane washington

@imamommysoon she did and she won a seriously big amount of $ as well as that dentist got his liscense revoked for life, she was happy to win her case but she has to be sedated just for a routine cleaning now, he seriously screwed her up for dental needs, I hope he rotts in hell personally

I hate when they clean your teeth. They use the most disgusting paste ever. I really want to punch them in the face.lol I can't go now ill most likely throw up!

@firsttimemommy2b shes scared for life shes my older sister but shes half my size and ever since we were kids ive felt the need to protect her, I pray to god I never have to go through anything like that again I dont even remember taking a breath or blinking while this was going on..

When I was 12 a hygienist gave me an unnecessary deep cleaning and I ended up getting an infection called bell's palsy. Part of my gums got damaged and died off, and now I have to go to a specialist and get a gum graft. (After the baby )I had some scarring in my nerves from the infection and now my eyes are slightly different shapes (makeup on my eyes is really hard to get perfect and even) and my smile is slightly crooked.
Luckily its not too noticeable unless pointed out in a picture ... and if I think about it for posed pictures I can fix it.

But yeah. What I'm trying to say is be careful!! Go to a dentist you trust...

@ashes I had bells palsy too...i have the same issue with my eyes and smile. Im actually in dental school lol
