Soooo...how bad is it really to sleep on your back?? Everytime I wake up, I am on my back...I've had pillows everywhere, much to my husband's delight but that doesn't help. Right now, I end up sleeping half sitting up because I figured tilted is better than flat...how much do I really have to worry?? Also, I think I have started feeling hiccups...those are good right? It is mainly in the am...hope I'm not squishing anything important in there!

  • It's not as bad as you think if you end up on your back its ok your body jas ways of alerting you ( I have always started getting a back ache) and hiccups are a great thing!
  • I end up waking up on my back also.I've heard its been said if you're comfortable its nothing to worry about but if you feel light headed or anything then its not good. And Hiccups are baby practicing swallowing motions.
