pelvic pain

I'm having a quite a bit of pain in my pelivc area. I'm not spotting or bleeding. But it hurts. If I had to put it on a scale it would be around 5-7. I have had a busy day. I will be 14 weeks tomorrow. Is this normal, cuz I was busy? Or should I be concerned?
Any help would be great.

Is it like a stabbing pain? Maybe round ligament pain from your uterus stretching.

The ligament pain is usually a little higher then where this pain is. Its kinda sharp pain and now having a little cramping a little above. I have had the crampimg off and on for the last week or 2. The pelvic pain was really bad (almost take my breath away) on the way home. Now that I'm sitting on my couch with my feet up its kind mellowed. Sorry so long. Just trying to explain best I can.

The pelivc pain did for the most part. Thanks for asking. I am having cramping though. I'm talking to dr about it soon.
