I just had my daughter (2nd child) 2 weeks ago, im recovering well. my stomach is gone (besides some loose skin) and the bright red bleeding and clots is also gone. The only pain I have is back pain. And I didn't tear or need any stiches. I read that as soon as the bright read bleeding stops, you can have sex which is usually around 4-6 weeks. But like I said my bright red bleeding had already stopped. My hubby is having a hard time waiting lol do you think it would be okay? Of course id use a condom. Has anyone not waited the 6 weeks?

My bff didn't wait, but she had a c-sec. I had a 9 1/4lb baby & it was the last thing on my mind, LOL!

@summergirl22 I feel your pain!! We are both just waiting for the bleeding to stop. Except for the sleep deprivation it almost feels like I don't have a newborn. My recovery time was so quick this time

I bled every other week for 8 weeks. Just when u think it gone it comes right back. Hope that's not the case with you but it was for me.

I waited till the bleeding stopped... By three weeks and then after or during sex I states bleeding heavily. Idk why tho. After my second baby I waited 6 weeks lol

I stpd bleedin the day I left the hospital n it took 2 weeks for my stitches to heal so once they were gone me n hubby were bacc at it. my dr was amazed how quicc I stoped bleeding
