Omg did I just grow over night?

I'm almost due and I wasn't very big before but I woke up this morning and I swear I'm so much bigger! Bd took me out to eat lunch and everyone was looking at me, idk if its because I'm so big or the fact that I look young but I felt so embarrassed!

I grew overnight. Last I knew my shirts were fitting fine, next day I'm constantly pulling them down.
