small babies

Im considered high risk pregnancy ccause my baby is going to be really small because im such a small person. Shes 28 weeks and 4 days but measures 27 weeks. Will she possibly come early cause shes small? And already facing down like shes ready.

    @mshahir how do you know it will be early? Im kinda hoping i get a early baby but it being healthy of course!

    My baby will be small im 32 weeks and shes just now hitting 3 pounds.

    Wo mine was measured a pound at 20 wks tubby lil guy... Ive had freinds who caried there tiny babys to term and even though they were considered low tirth weight they were perfectly healthy otherwise.. ur lil ones are jus smaller than average.. Good luck on your tiny lil angles

    @morganpatrice awee i believe my daughter is like that iam not to sure what she weighs but i have such a small belly and only gained 17 lbs whole pregnancy and stayed at that weight of 107 for amonth.

    @praying4our3rd that makes sense i experinced braxton hicks last night, im wonder if its gonna start happening every night like my room mate whos 36 weeks.

    @lalalorree i havent gained ANY weight and thats when they became concerned then at my ultrasound i think i had at 24 weeks she was only in the 8th percentile...supposedly..so they sent me to specialist...and he said she was in the 12th only weighing in at 2 pounds 8 oz. Now im on bedrest because of preeclampsia( the reason they think she is small) and she's about 3 pounds 8 oz...so hopefully...she will get a little bigger by 37 weeks when they are planning to induce me..im 32 weeks right now.

    @morganpatrice you know that was my exact reasoning they became concerned that i was gaining weight so they sent me to a specialist were he examined me and sent me to emergency u/s one every month till baby is born, he prescrisbed me vitamins to take. I dont have preeclampsia, that they know of. I dont know how you find out if you have it.
    Do you feel comfortable with being induced at 37?

    @lalalorree I kind of feel comfortable with being induce around that time IF she gains more weight...i just want her to be at least 5 pounds..eating and breathing on her own so i can take her home and i dont have to spend any time in NICU.

    @morganpatrice yeah it would ve lucky and nice to take her home. Im so excited for the thought of holding and waking up everynight to her cries

    Yeah im soooo ready to have her like RIGHT NOW lol...but she's just too little as much as i want to be at home and off of bedrest i have to think about how long i would be in here if i had her now at 3 pounds...because i couldnt leave her here at all and im 2 hours from home.

    @morganpatrice i dont blame you for not wanting to leave her i kno i wouldnt be able to leave my little girl all alone. 2 hours away!! Wow thats awful :-(
